My 09 F350 6.4 tuned and deleted had an intermittent starting issue that I just couldn't figure out. Took to their shop on a personal recommendation on the quality of workmanship. And wasn't I disappointed. Not only did they fix the starting issue they found couple other small issues that I had them fix. What impressed me was the level of communication with the shop foreman. His knowledge was far beyond mine hence me taking it there but he took the time to explain to me. And in doing that had me feel comfortable with repairs being made. Take away repairs made in a timely manner Shop was busy but super clean Technicians friendly and looked happy I would definitely recommend

I’m a welder and I broke down in Albuquerque. I had a hell of a problem going on with my truck, I was in a really bad spot with the timing of me breaking down and I was on the verge of losing my job if I didn't get back to Texas in time. These guys got me in their shop and didn't do a half ass job on my truck. One of the only shops I've been to where I was honestly confident in the work they did I was able to get my truck back and get to Texas here in time to keep my job couldn't have asked for a better technician and Shop to work on something I rely and depend on

This shop is AMAZING. I brought in a 2006 F250 diesel that spent some time in a rat-infested barn. It needed significant repairs that required patience and detailed knowledge of this 20-yr old truck: vacuum hose replacement, AC compressor, multiple error codes, etc. They fixed it all. Regular communication from Steve to keep me informed was FANTASTIC. This is one of those businesses that seriously delivers.

We were visiting ABQ, when our DEF tank started acting up. We were leaving the next day. Called everywhere with no callback. Then we found Daniel with By The Book. He even texted with my wife on a Sunday! We took our truck in the next day after the code light went off by itself...lol. They tested Def and checked everything they could. Good honest people are hard to find, but this garage is BOTH! We made it back to Okc with no problems at all. I wish you were closer, as we would use you for all our truck issues. Just wanted say thanks for the great job you guys did on my Silverado Duramax water pump. Being from out of town and the way you squeezed us in was awesome. I would highly recommend you guys to everyone in or traveling through Albuquerque.

I limped into ABQ with my 6.0L Powerstroke diesel overheating and 179,000 on the odometer (N. TX is home). I'd had the head bolts and new gaskets done at 125,000, but the heads had not been replaced. Daniel recommended the heads be replaced this go round. He did oil pump, oil cooler, and water pump too. They followed factory head torquing procedure meticulously, which is crucial. It was a costly job, but five months later and no signs of trouble. Very pleased with thoroughness and candor of these guys. Highly recommend. - John H. (5 star review on Yelp)
