This shop is AMAZING. I brought in a 2006 F250 diesel that spent some time in a rat-infested barn. It needed significant repairs that required patience and detailed knowledge of this 20-yr old truck: vacuum hose replacement, AC compressor, multiple error codes, etc. They fixed it all. Regular communication from Steve to keep me informed was FANTASTIC. This is one of those businesses that seriously delivers.
Follow up to my previous review. Great team here. After struggling with other shops to solve a CEL issue, they got it fixed right. By The Book is the right choice.
First impression. Dropped off my vehicle 9/16. Pulling up to the location it did not look like a wrecking yard as some places do. Entered the office, very clean and well kept. Greeted professionally. I've been using a dealership that was the complete opposite. Appearance does matter.
The whole team is very knowledgeable, friendly, inviting and VERY VERY GOOD at what they do. Great follow through and they stand behind there work. I highly recommend them. Their attention to detail is amazing.
Daniel and his staff are the best people, mechanics and all around good guys you'll find anywhere! I have been going to "By the Book" for over 13 years. We've never had a complaint with the work they perform. I've recommended to many friends and family the shop and they have been loyal customers also. I can't say enough about this place. Daniel makes you feel like a family member whenever we have any work done, and the thing is he is sincere about his caring for his customers. Can't say enough good things about "By the Book".
